Please read this Policy carefully before using the Site or submitting an application.

The Site does not offer account registration, login, or online payment functions, and we do not proactively collect account credentials, payment information, or other sensitive data of that kind.

When you submit a Program application via "Apply Now," we collect:
Your name and that of your team members, and contact details (phone, email, etc.);
Team background, résumé/CV, and project or product descriptions;
Any other materials you choose to provide (e.g., portfolio links, pitch decks, attachments).
Note: If your application materials include personal information about other team members, please ensure you have obtained their consent before submission.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information described above solely to:
evaluate your Program application and communicate with you regarding its status;
analyze Site usage to improve content and user experience;
comply with applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
We do not use your information for any commercial purpose unrelated to the Program, and we do not sell your personal information to any third party.
3. How We Share Your Information
3.1 We may share your application information, to the extent necessary, with internal teams and affiliated group entities participating in the Program's review process (including business units providing mentorship, decision-making, or post-incubation support), for the purpose of application evaluation and subsequent incubation support.
3.2 Except as described above or as required by law, we will not disclose, provide, or sell your personal information to any third party.
3.3 In the event of a merger, acquisition, or asset transfer, your information may be transferred as part of the transaction; we will require the transferee to continue to honor the commitments in this Policy.

4.1 We adopt reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or loss.
